Permitted use

The public experience is intended for genuine homeowners and people lawfully entitled to request information about a property. Commercial users must declare their status. Automated extraction, enumeration and misuse are prohibited.

Evidence limitations

LISTED does not invent missing property or market information. An estimated range is withheld when identity, location, comparables, freshness or required characteristics are insufficient or conflicted.

Ownership and confidentiality

The homeowner receives the limited HomeIQ™ Snapshot. LISTED retains the complete confidential Property Intelligence Brief and internal professional decision-support information.
